STEP 1 - Register for the Admissions Test.

STEP 2 - Submit the following documents to the Registrar in person, via email or by fax:
● One (1) completed SSIS Registration Form
● One (1) acknowledged Withdrawal / Refund Policy
● One (1) completed SSIS Medical Record
● One (1) copy of SSIS Bus Registration Form (if applicable)
● One (1) copy of applicant's passport bio page
● One (1) copy of applicant's birth certificate
● One (1) copy of applicant’s valid visa
● One (1) copy of applicant's latest academic results / report
● One (1) passport-sized photo of applicant
● One (1) copy of parents' or guardian's passport bio page
● One (1) copy of parents' or guardian's Shanghai Temprorary Residence Permit
● One (1) copy of parent's valid working visa
For Hong Kong and Macau Residents: photocopies of the
Permanent Identity Card, Passport, Taiwan/Hong Kong/Macau Staff Employment Permit
For Taiwan Residents: photocopies of the
Mainland Returning Permit (Tai Bao Zheng) for Taiwan Residents, Taiwan/HongKong/ Macau Staff Employment Permit
All reports/records must be in either English or Chinese, translated if needed by an authorized agency.
STEP 3 - Make payment for the Admissions Test and complete the Admissions Test.
STEP 4 - Completing your Application
Successful applicants will receive the SSIS Admissions Notification within 7 days
after paying the Registration Fee. Contact the Registrar should you not receive
the SSIS Admissions Notification within the stipulated period.
