Student Leadership

Leadership opportunites abound in school for students in all year groups ranging from class monitors, project group leaders, prefects in the junior schools and student counsellors in the senior schools. There is also a Students' Council (SC) which provides the school with the essential 'Pupil Voice' much needed as a feedback system by the school management in the effective running of the school.

Student leaders at SSIS, from Junior through Senior Schools, focus their efforts on helping fellow students as well as organizing charity activities. These efforts align with school initiatives, I4C (Initiative, Care, Commitment, Collaboration and Communication) while giving the students an opportunity to practice leadership skills in a multicultural environment.
