Nihay (Nihao + Mabuhay)! In case you are wondering, I am a Filipino-Chinese. I can speak English, Filipino, Mandarin and Hokkien (a Chinese dialect). This is my 11th year in China! I have taught toddlers and ESL students. As a life-long learner, I took a break from teaching and pursued my Masters in Education at Hong Kong University and earned my elementary teaching certificate from College of New Jersey while teaching at another international school here.
Being a foodie, I enjoy reading food reviews to keep myself current on the latest Shanghai dining scene. At home, I am the master chef! In my leisure and for my passion, I attend dance classes regularly. I like to travel to experience and understand different cultures.
