*Current students who require any documents for University Application should approach the University Guidance Counsellor for direct advice and paperwork.

Requests for Progress Reports and/or Transcript Records

Requests for academic reports can be made via Level 2 Administration Offices Reception or via email:

There will be an administration fee of 10 RMB per grade set of documents.

The school can arrange for shipping of original documents but all expenses must be paid by the student making the request.

We will try our best to get these documents to you as quickly as possible but may need 5 – 10 school days to prepare requested documents.

Requests for Letter of Recommendation

Requests for letter of recommendation must be sent to the relevant faculty members, including the Divisional Principal. Letters of recommendation can be expected to be completed by teachers within 5 – 10 school days.
