Welcoming Address 

Dear Delegates of PUXIMUN,

It is our honor, and our utmost pleasure, to welcome all of you to our first SSIMUN conference! Whatever role you may play in the upcoming conference, we hope that all of you can come away from it having a burning passion to solve global issues, an improvement in public speaking, and the drive to strive for excellence.  

The conference is not only about expressing one’s debate ability, it is also a platform where delegates can develop a strong work ethic and serve as role models. After all, as experienced delegates, you must serve as a role model for the less experienced to learn from. PUXIMUN will serve as a conference where you can really refine your debate skills, and inspire the beginners who will be learning the fundamentals.  We hope that by debating global issues, you can turn words into action, and make a difference for those who struggle every day. 

Some of you will be leaving school for universities, and we really wish all of you the best of luck! Remember MUN, and always strive to make the world a better place through your own ways.
