Richard Hsu, a recent graduate with a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Taxation from Georgetown University, has just completed a Summer Associate role at Milbank LLP, securing a return offer to join either their tax group or finance group. His transition from Berklee College of Music to a legal education at Georgetown University Law Center was marked by bold decisions and steep learning curves.
Additionally, the English-speaking environment at SSIS played a pivotal role in preparing him for his academic pursuits in the US, particularly in law school.
While Richard’s initial passion led him towards a musical career, his time at Berklee prepared him for the demands of law school interviews. This exposure ultimately proved invaluable in his journey towards a legal career.
