Assessments in the Primary Division
In our primary division, assessments play a crucial role in understanding and supporting your child’s educational journey. Summative assessments, administered at the end of units or terms, provide a snapshot of your child’s achievement against learning objectives, often through tests or final projects, contributing to their end-of-term grade. Formative assessments, conducted throughout learning, offer real-time feedback to guide improvement, using methods like quizzes, observations, and class discussions. These assessments help teachers tailor instruction and empower students to reflect and grow continuously.
