We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude for joining us in celebrating SSIS’s 27th years of excellence. Your presence made the event even more special, and we hope everyone had a wonderful time and enjoyed bonding over the celebration.
Movie Night – 22 September
We are excited to announce that our next community event will be the Movie Night. This year, we have planned two movie sessions for your convenience. The first session will be held from 4-6pm, and the second session will take place from 6-8pm. Both students and parents are invited to attend, and it will be a first-come-first-served basis due to limited seats in the Performing Arts Theatre. We encourage you to mark your calendars and join us for an evening of entertainment and enjoyment. Do look out for the sign-up information.
Parent Golf Day – 13 October
Additionally, we are thrilled to invite all parents who play golf to our first-ever Parent Golf Day. This Friday event is open to all SSIS parents and friends. It will be a fantastic opportunity to showcase your skills on the golf course and have a great time connecting with fellow parents. We encourage you to sign up and secure your spot for this exciting event.
International Family Bazaar – 11 November
Our Parent Support Group Executive Committee recently held their first monthly meeting, and we are excited to share that the main focus of discussion was the organisation of our highly anticipated annual community event – The International Family Bazaar (IFB)! After much anticipation, we are thrilled to announce that the IFB will be returning to the school grounds this year, creating a sense of “homecoming” for both SSIS and the international community.
The IFB aims to foster a sense of community and celebrate the multicultural spirit of SSIS. We invite you to save the date for this exciting event and join us in creating unforgettable memories. More details will be communicated in the coming weeks, including opportunities for volunteering and participation from parents, students, staff and external sponsors and vendors.
