Here are some updates from Parent Support Group Executive Committee:
Charity Donation
SSIS is a big loving community, we have been supporting various charities over the years, and Shanghai Dream Foundation is one of them.
This year’s Spring Charity Sale organised by our Parent Support Group, was a tremendous success. Staff and families donated more than 2000 items and baked goods to raise funds for the Shanghai Dream Foundation.
At the end of the event, over 50,000 RMB was raised, and together with last year’s donation 40,000 RMB, we have raised in total 90,000 RMB for Shanghai Dream Foundation.
This Monday at the Primary Assembly, we welcomed the Shanghai Dream Foundation consultant Mr Aaron Gfeller to speak about what the foundation does for the children in need and receive the donation from the PSG representative Ms Sunny.
